"Popping" Birthday Card

Here's a card I put together this morning for a friend, and maybe I can hand deliver it since today is her birthday!  I used the sketch at the Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge Blog and, of course, my Peachy Keen Stamps.  You can find the challenge here.

My friend's favorite treat is marshmallow popcorn.  She melts marshmallows and butter, like if you were making Rice Krispie Treats, but puts popcorn in it instead of Rice Krispies.  And she doesn't really follow a recipe--she just lets her mood decide if she wants it more marshmallow-y.  (I wasn't sure if "marshmallow-y" was a word, but it is definitely in this friend's vocabulary! LOL!)

I cut the popcorn and circles with "Slumber Party" Cricut Cartridge, stamped their faces with Peachy Keen Stamps "Cherub Face Assortment" and "Wide Eyed Kids Face Assortment."  They are so happy to be covered in marshmallow-y goodness (I used some Scribbles dimensional paint to make it look like marshmallow coating)!  The sentiment and ink are from Stampin' Up!

Hope you like the card, and if you want in on that challenge; you have untill midnight tonight to join.  Here's the link again:  PKS Challenge #27.
