Thinking of You Teddy and Photo Inspiration

I've been out of pocket lately and not participating in many challenges.  But hopefully, with a little Peachy Keen Inspiration, I'll turn that around soon!!

Their challenge this week is a photo inspiration:

I was inspired by that gorgeous hydrangea!  And what better to pair with some of those happy flowers than a cute teddy bear?

My teddy is from the Peachy Keen Thinking of you Bear, and so is the sentiment.  I stamped the bear twice and cut out the paws from one and popped them up so they would be holding onto my hydrangea heart.

Other products I used were:
Cricut's Elegant Edges cartridge
Stampin' Up! Itty Bitty Shapes punch
Recollections adhesive pearls
white True Hemp
EK Success colored pencils
Quick Quotes Mocha chalk ink
Sakura white gel pen
Bazzill cardstock

Latest Layouts

Here's some layouts I've gotten completed lately, mostly for challenges on A Cherry On Top's message board.  If you're interested, you can find the store here.   The challenges are found here.

The first one is a Becky Fleck Sketch, the challenge is hosted by ACOT, and one winner from a random drawing will win 1,000 points which transfer into $5 credit in their online store!

This one is also a sketch challenge hosted by one of the ladies on the message board.  The challenge is animal/pet themed, but I used photos of my kids at the zoo.  I figured the pics of them poking their heads in a giraffe photo prop was cute and would qualify as "animals!"  Lol!

Here's a color challenge also hosted by a MB member.  Prize will be a $5 ACOT gift card by random drawing.  The colors this month are summery shades of yellow, orange, and hot pink.  I actually got out my stamps and fussy cut for this one!

One MB member hosts "Monday Mini Crops" every other week, and this layout is from one of them.  The challenge was to find inspiration from an idea book or magazine.  I loved this article from Scrapbooks, Etc. called "Kidding Around."  It's about using your scrap supplies to decorate a child's bedroom.  I loved the look of paper covered letters on the wall.

One day I want to do that for my daughter's bedroom!  I don't know how long it would take me to do all 26 letters, though!  I might have to settle for her name instead, lol!

That's all I'll share for now, I need to start on chores!!  The household work never ends.  Thanks for checking out my blog today!
